Organic Small Group (OSG) is a fellowship of 4 to 5 congregants who learn the Words of God and grow together. Each group is led by a spiritual leader and holds their meetings in separate time and place, depending on the consensus of the members. Within OSG, the members are not simply learning passively, but they are encouraged to learn by reflecting on God’s Word in their daily life.
